Today Prince George and Princess Charlotte joined their parents and other royal family members at Easter church services for the first time.
With thanks to Found by Bojana, it looks like Princess Charlotte wore the Forget Me Not Smocked Dress ($155) by Rachel Riley.
The 100% cotton dress features a smocked bodice, Peter Pan collar with piping, puffed sleeves, and buttons on the back bodice. It is fully lined and machine washable.
Several commented on the similarity of this dress to other designs the Princess has worn. Below, are three smocked dresses in blue prints: on the left, an image from July 2017 when visiting Germany; in the center, a print worn when going to meet her new brother at the hospital in April 2018; on the right, at Prince Louis’s christening in July 2018.
Bojana also believes the Princess wore a cardigan by Il Porticciolo, the Roberto style (£55).
Il Porticciolo is a London-based retailer specializing in traditional Italian styles for children up to age ten.
Princess Charlotte may have been wearing Amaia Kids Ribbed Tights (£12) in Baby Blue with thanks to Gabi for this possible ID.
I have not yet had time to look for Princess Charlotte’s shoe, but hope to be able to do so tonight. They are a classic leather Mary Jane style with an adjustable silver buckle. Below, another view of the Princess today.
Prince George was in a navy blue suit, a light blue shirt, a polka dot tie, and basic brogue shoes.
His tie looks like this polka dot style from El Corte Inglés, also found by ace IDer Bojana.
I have not yet looked for Prince George’s shoes or suit and will do so after dinner.
It was a delight seeing both children today. Hopefully, I will be back within a week with another post if the Duke and Duchess release a photo for Prince Louis’s birthday on Saturday!
I wonder why Kate and family wear so much ‘blue’? It seems like every photo I see of them as a family the majority of them are wearing blue. Just an observation. Looking forward to seeing Charlotte’s birthday photos!

Perhaps these are Charlotte’s shoes?
Hi, Lily, those are very similar to Charlotte’s! Hers have a small scalloped edge on inner portion of the vamp (the part covering the top of her foot) that probably don’t show up very well in the photos. Thank you for a great suggestion, though. ?
