It was a sunny, breezy day in Windsor for the wedding of Princess Eugenie and her longtime beau, Jack Brooksbank. 
Look at the little girl’s face in the picture above; she is in the lower right-hand corner.
The day was made even brighter by the delightful bridesmaids and page boys taking part in Princess Eugenie’s wedding.

They were all just darling, but we found these two especially charming. 
Here is a bit of background on all of the children via this Daily Telegraph story. We begin with the six bridesmaids.
- Princess Charlotte: The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge’s middle child may only be three years old but she has experience of being a bridesmaid and attending high-profile royal events. At the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s wedding Charlotte, who has confidently mastered the royal wave, stuck out her tongue as she arrived by car.
- Savannah Phillips: Peter and Autumn Phillips’ seven-year-old daughter is the Queen’s eldest great-grandchild. (This is the young lady who put her hand over Prince George’s mouth at Trooping the Colour last year.)
- Isla Phillips: Savannah’s younger sister Isla is six years old and was born in the Queen’s diamond jubilee year of 2012. Her middle name is Elizabeth, in honour of her great-grandmother.
- Mia Tindall: Mia’s parents are former England rugby star Mike Tindall and Zara Tindall, the Olympic medal-winning horsewoman and daughter of the Princess Royal. Four-year-old Mia has a reputation for being mischievous, and is often spotted playing with her cousins and father at horse trials.
- Maud Windsor: Five-year-old Maud is Eugenie’s goddaughter, and the granddaughter of the Queen’s cousin Prince Michael of Kent and his wife Princess Michael. Her parents are Lord Freddie Windsor and Lady Frederick Windsor… she is a classmate of Prince George.
- Theodora Williams: Theodora, daughter of pop star Robbie Williams and his fellow X-factor judge and wife Ayda, is six years old. The youngster, who is affectionately known as Teddy, is usually kept out of the limelight by her celebrity parents, who choose not to show her face in social media posts.
And now for the two page boys.
- Prince George: A future King – George is the eldest of the Cambridge children. The five-year-old prince is third in line to the throne and loves helicopters and all things related to the police.
- Louis de Givenchy: Louis de Givenchy is the six-year-old son of JP Morgan banking executive Oliver de Givenchy and his wife Zoe. The couple are friends of Eugenie and her husband, Jack Brooksbank.
As I mentioned, it was very breezy today. When I worked in TV we had a specific term for this kind of windy weather; we called it a “full skirt alert.” Princess Charlotte ably kept hers under control, looking like a seasoned pro at the task.
Here you see the children heading up the steps of St George’s Chapel. The young woman in blue is Lady Louise, the eldest child of Prince Edward and Sophie, Countess of Wessex. 
Lady Louise was listed as a “Special Attendant,” along with her younger brother James, Viscount Severn. Among other responsibilities, they helped corral the younger members of the bridal party today. They really did look precious and very well behaved.

Now for an overview of what the children wore today. All were in Amaia Kids, very much a go-to brand for the Duchess of Cambridge, as well as other royals and celebrities.
The girls were in cream dresses with elbow-length sleeves, ruffles at the collar and sleeve hem, a full skirt and buttons up the back. The design is somewhat similar to the Amaia Luisa dress, but only slightly. The bridesmaids’ dresses have a fabric ruffle, much like that seen on the sleeves of the Pompadour dress, not the lace used for the Luisa. 
The bridesmaids wore cream tights, with shoes by Papouelli, a brand we’ve seen Prince George wear several times. The girls were in the Sienna style in white leather, a classic Mary Jane style with a thin strap and goldtone buckle.
Louis De Givenchy shows us a closer view of the what the page boys wore. It looks like they were in a custom version of the Daniel Shirt ($58), with royal blue piping instead of the light blue seen on the standard version of the piece. I think their trousers were made using the same royal blue velvet seen in the Gull Shorts. Both pieces are made in Spain for AmaiaKids.
The sashes and cummerbunds match a piece of art featured in today’s Order of Service. More from ITV’s story:
Princess Eugenie and Jack Brooksbank have added an unusual addition to their traditional Order of Service – a piece of modern art.
The final page of the wedding service booklet, which will be handed to the 850 guests gathered in St George’s Chapel, features an image of Here, a mixed media on canvas from 2018 by American abstract artist Mark Bradford.
The work is by an American artist, Mark Bradford, and called “Here”. 
Everyone looked very relaxed following the wedding. 
The young ladies carried posies with Lily of the Valley and roses, the same flowers carried by Princess Eugenie.
This is the fourth time the Princess has been a bridesmaid; she’s an old pro! Most recently, at the Sophie Carter wedding; before that, at the May wedding of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex; the very first time was at her Aunt Pippa’s wedding last May.
Prince George also knows his way around a page boy ensemble or two.
It really is fun to watch the Cambridge children growing up, especially when you can see how they have changed over the years in these montages. We’ll leave you with this darling photo Mark Stewart took of the Princess and her royal wave.

I loved the dresses and boys in trousers (!), but the cumberbund and sash accents looked tropical, more than anything. I love that the bride and groom incorporated a favorite art piece in their wedding but didn’t love the look of the printed fabric in this situation. I think a solid emerald color would have looked lovely!
The print screamed “Lilly Pulitzer” to me. And I love Lilly, but in different circumstances! 🙂
Since there have been so many weddings for George and Charlotte, it might be fun to do a poll for their best wedding looks! ; )
I wonder if you know how I can see the wedding in its entirety. I am afraid that I didn’t set my alarm and missed 3/4 of it. The coverage I’m finding doesn’t show much inside the church.

Of the four weddings highlighted above, I absolutely loved the Cambridge children’s attire featured in Eugenie’s wedding the best. The tiny ruffle at the collar and sleeves, the buttons down the back along with the gorgeous bow, as well as the petticoat to add fullness, all added up to a picture perfect look for Charlotte and the other bridesmaids. The boys outfits looked crisp and colorful, and photographed beautifully as well. Well Done!
